Begin to really hear
Build better thinking in every room with Listening Lab. An experiential programme equipping individuals with the mindset and skills to listen better, ask brilliant questions and create the space for others to do their best thinking. As a result, participants know themselves better and the impact they have on other people's thinking.
Participants develop a coaching mindset and learn how to facilitate a listening conversation. By learning how to positively influence the dynamic of conversations, participants unlock higher quality interactions with clients, teams, managers and peers in the flow of work and life.
We offer individual coaching to participants of our Listening Labs to help them think through their unique challenges and opportunities. The programmes generate many personal insights; we help people make sense of these, work through limiting assumptions to build confidence in their ability to shift their approach.
We offer psychometric testing for individuals and groups to support personal growth and awareness. We bring this into the learning journey so participants can find their own style. Participants learn about their own unique strengths as a coach/listener.
We offer mentoring to people who are change agents, responsible for embedding a listening culture or people who want to continue their own development journey. Having been there before, we guide and act as a sounding board to help them achieve their personal or organisational goals.
We offer coaching to teams who have participated in our programmes. We coach in the flow of real work; outside the classroom in the group dynamic. We help you realise your vision of transforming your ways of working using the listening skills you have gained.
